Q: Is my money financially protected if I book with you?

Absolutely – each booking you make with us is 100% financially protected, so your money is completely safe. If you want to find out more about our 100% financial protection, please take a look at our full terms and conditions.

Q: Is there a charge for your service?

The price of your holiday is inclusive of our award-winning service, which is available around the clock. On rare occasions, we charge a fee for our time, which is deducted from your overall holiday cost if you book with us. We take a deposit at the time of booking for security, and the balance is due 12 weeks before your departure. We accept all cards except American Express, and our preferred payment method is BACS. Please see our T&Cs for more information.

Q: Where can I find out if I need a visa for travel?

We can provide general information about the passport and visa requirements for your trip, but this is for guidance only. We will always recommend you to check the Foreign & Commonwealth Office website for the latest information before you make your booking.
