So here’s a little guide to help you plan your trip to this Magical place and don’t forget this is just a snippet of what can be done so please get in touch so that we can Tailor a Perfect Trip together just for you.

My Recommendations

Eating Out – From the traditional famed babi guling (a whole spit-roast pig) to Japanese, Chinese, Thai and American fusion cuisine, there’s always something new to sample in Bali and it’s incredibly good value.

Ensure they you stroll through the famous rice terraces, visit the Monkey Forest but just keep firm hold of your valuables as those Monkeys can be a little inquisitive.

Feeling adventurous, then why not go white-water rafting on the breathtaking Ayung River.

Ubud is Bali’s traditional cultural hub and lies at the heart of the island’s holistic wellness movement – part of Eat, Pray, Love was filmed here so make sure you pay a visit to Detox in one of many incredible Spa Facilities.

Try and pack in a side trip to one of the three Gili Islands which lie off the west coast of Lombok and situated less than two hours boat ride from Bali

A laid-back haven which is ideal for partying, swimming, snorkelling and scuba diving.

What I Loved Most

Bali features an Incredible range of beach resorts that include family-friendly, relaxed and low-key, lively, and stylish and high-end.

Ensure you visit Ubud, the cultural heart of Bali, bursting with arts and crafts and with a laid-back café culture.

Just half the size of Hawaii’s Largest Island Bali is easy to travel around and offers a real variety of things to do including culture, activity and beach.

Whilst travelling the Island head inland to explore the lush rice terraces and dramatic valleys.

Remember to make the most of the luxury spa retreats in tranquil surroundings amid stunning scenery.

A stunning pool at a bali hotel resort, lines with native trees.

Best Time To Travel

The best time to visit Indonesia is between April and October, when the weather is perfect for island-hopping, snorkelling, and beach relaxation.

Enjoying the evenings at balinese restaurants.

How to get there?

There are currently no airlines offering Direct Flights to Bali but a number of airlines offer a quick one stop solution which I find perfect as it allows you a nice leg stretch on route.

The average flight time is 15-18 hours dependant on airline.
